LAS VEGAS – Defending Pennzoil 400 presented by Jiffy Lube Champion Kevin Harvick is favored to return to Victory Lane in Sunday’s 267-lap race, according to opening odds from The Orleans Hotel & Casino.

The 45-time Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race winner from Bakersfield, Calif., opened as a 4-1 favorite for the 400.5-mile race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Las Vegas native Kyle Busch is second at 9-2, with September Las Vegas winner Brad Keselowski, 2017 Las Vegas race winner Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Larson following at 5-1.

Reigning MENCS Champion Joey Logano is next at 7-1, with 2018 Pennzoil 400 pole sitter Ryan Blaney coming in at 10-1. Las Vegas native Kurt Busch – who owns the LVMS track record at 196.021 miles per hour – has 15-1 odds along with Aric Almirola and Clint Bowyer, and the field is listed at 75-1.

Kyle Busch, who is running in all three NASCAR races at the 1.5-mile speedway this weekend, is a heavy favorite for Saturday’s Boyd Gaming 300 at -150. Christopher Bell, last week’s NASCAR Xfinity Series winner in Atlanta, is next at 3-1, while Justin Allgaier and Cole Custer opened at 6-1.

Tyler Reddick (11-1) and Austin Dillon (15-1) are next, with Brandon Jones and Austin Cindric following at 25-1. Las Vegas native and NXS rookie Noah Gragson has 30-1 odds along with Chase Briscoe, and the field is a 25-1 bet for Saturday’s 300-mile race.
LVMS’s spring 2019 NASCAR Weekend begins with Strat Qualifying and the Strat 200 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series race on Friday, March 1, continues with the NASCAR Xfinity Series Boyd Gaming 300 on Saturday, March 2, and finishes with the Pennzoil 400 presented by Jiffy Lube Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race on Sunday, March 3. That NASCAR action will be preceded by two nights of World of Outlaws action on Feb. 27 and 28 and the Star Nursery 100 K&N Pro Series West race on Thursday, Feb. 28, at the LVMS Dirt Track, giving the nearly 1,000-acre facility five consecutive days of top-notch racing.
