For this Saturdays game against the South Carolina Gamecocks will be the first for both teams this year. 

Per RichlandcountySC.gov:A face covering must also be worn in situations where distances between people change frequently such as a busy sidewalk, waiting area, or popular outdoor area where it is impractical or impossible to maintain six feet of distance at all times. The only exceptions are if outdoors and you are actively eating, drinking, or smoking.  Given these parameters either the mask police will be very busy writing citations, or the concession receipts for the night are going to be astronomical!!!

The real question going into the game is will this keep the normally RAUCOUS crowd from showing up, or just muffled??? Will Kentucky benefit from a subdued crowd?  Absolutely!! 

I’ll Finish with the image that is present in my head concerning the game this week.  I see Foghorn Leghorn saying “boy, i say boy, I can’t cheer with this dang gone mask on”!!
