Florida Tech Falls to No. 9 Tampa in Final Home Match of the Season

STATS OF THE MATCH:
- Tampa dominated the first few minutes of the half, netting the first goal in just under four minutes.
- In the 23rd minute, Guillermo Segovia converted a corner kick by Julien Remiti to tie it up 1-1.
- Tampa outshot the Panthers 9-2 in the first half.
- Spartans regained the lead in the 67th minute but was short lived as Thibault Chretien dribbled past the Tampa defenders and find the back of the net a minute later.
- Nick Brady came up with some big saves for the Panthers in the remaining 22 minutes as Tampa outshot Tech 10-4 in the second half.
- Tampa has multiple opportunities in the first OT but couldn’t get past Brady
- Halfway through the second OT Tampa converted a throw in to score the golden goal.
- Spartans held an advantage in shots 26-7, shots on goal 15-4, and corner kicks 8-3
- Brady was credited with 12 saves on the day
